Schebler's investments in metal inventories minimizes our
need to order metal for your job. Schebler maintains a
wide variety of sheets, plates, and structural
components. Made out of mild steel, stainless steel,
and aluminum stock. Our volume purchases allow us to
"buy right" and then we are able to pass our savings on
to you.
A CNC Autoform Press Brake can make multiple degree
bends without changing the set-up.
Our six-station coil line has an 18 GA stainless steel
capacity. Computer controlled cuts reduce scrap and
improve output while enhancing our ability to serve
your needs better.
Lasers are at the core of Schebler's quality output and
production efficiency. Cutting capacities include up to
1/4" mild steel, 3/8" stainless steel, 1/4" aluminum and
cutting tables up to 12' long. Our laser centers can help
assure precision cutting up to +/- 0.002 accuracy in
many metals.
