Schebler Chimney Systems Single Wall exhaust pipe may be used for a wide variety of venting applications. Stainless steel construction makes it ideal for venting corrosive gases. The single wall exhaust is made with the same high quality as our double wall product line. All of the same fittings and accessories are available, including tees, elbows, supports, caps, adapters, etc. Refer to the Model PA brochure for centerline dimensions of fittings.
6" through 36" diameters are made from 20 gage stainless steel, sizes 38" through 48" are of 18 gage stainless steel. All section seams are continuously welded.
Parts have ½" wide rolled flanges on mating ends. Silicone sealant is placed on the surface of the ½" flange. Lengths of pipe and fittings are assembled with a "V" band connector. When used as a chimney connector or vent connector, install at the applicable clearances to combustible materials as outlined in NFPA 211, latest edition, in the chapter titled "Chimney Connectors and Vent Connectors."
The part numbering scheme is the same used with the Model PA series. All part numbers begin with "SW" to indicate single wall, followed by the part code, diameter and material code. The material codes is "C" for type 304 and "E" for type 316. The part number for an 8" diameter, 47" straight section of type 304 stainless steel would be SW47S08C.
