We've been at it awhile Many of our needs we may well have addressed before. And as a leading chimney manufacturer we may well see more chimney projects in a year than most end users or engineering firms may see in a decade.
It's our attitude We know time is money so, for instance, our designers have learned to make changes on the fly. A dimension may have to be reduced. Or maybe the boiler rating dictates change. We'll make the change's without interrupting the production flow. Of course we'll secure the necessary approvals and the drawing will be changed. But not at the cost of delays and increased production costs.
We know the need to keep commitments In addition to being national metal fabricators, we are also contractors closer to home in eastern Iowa and western Illinois. So we do know about the need to stay on schedule and on budget. And that attitude is reflective in how we do business. So, if we say we will do it-we will do it right. We know that circumstances may arise to complicate schedules, but we'll all in our power to overcome the obstacles and meet our promises-no matter what.
